Think Recruitment is assisting a leading residential developer in Birmingham to hire a proactive Customer Care Coordinator dedicated to delivering exceptional aftercare. You will manage customer enquiries, coordinate remedial works, and liaise with site teams and contractors to ensure swift, professional resolutions.

You will provide regular updates to customers, maintain detailed records, and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, customer-focused individual with strong communication abilities.
• Experience in housebuilding, construction or customer care/aftercare is advantageous.
• Excellent record-keeping and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer enquiries and aftercare requests from initial contact through to resolution.
• Coordinate appointments and remedial works with contractors and site teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all matters are progressed within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with Site Managers, Construction teams, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Provide regular updates to customers and ensure high levels of service throughout the process.
• Monitor outstanding works and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Support the wider Customer Care team with administration and reporting.
• Ensure company procedures and customer service standards are consistently maintained.
