Stannah Stairlifts Inc. in Andover is seeking a Customer Resolutions Advisor to join our Customer Service team at our head office. You will own customer queries after lift installations, resolve issues quickly and professionally, and work with engineers and contractors to deliver positive outcomes for customers and the business.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £27,000 per year. The role offers a rotating shift pattern and a mix of home and office working after training,

Customer Resolutions Advisor Jobs in Andover at Stannah - Join Our Team!

At Stannah, we're looking for a Customer Resolutions Advisor to join our Customer Service team based at our Head Office in Andover. In this role, you'll be at the heart of delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting customers following the installation of their lift and helping to resolve any issues quickly, professionally and effectively.

You'll work closely with customers, engineers, contractors and colleagues across the business, taking ownership of queries and finding solutions that deliver positive outcomes for everyone involved.

This is a 12 month fixed term position offering a salary of £27,000 per annum

Working Hours

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern covering:

• Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm

Shifts are planned in advance and shared across the team to ensure a fair and balanced rota. Following successful completion of training, you'll benefit from a blend of home and office working.

Customer Resolutions Advisor Responsibilities:

• Managing customer queries and resolutions via telephone, email and written correspondence.
• Investigating customer concerns and coordinating with internal teams to identify effective solutions.
• Supporting customers throughout the resolution process, keeping them informed and ensuring a positive experience.
• Liaising with engineers, contractors and colleagues to minimise disruption and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and agreed actions.
• Building strong working relationships across the business to achieve the best outcomes for customers and Stannah.

Customer Resolutions Advisor Requirements:

We're interested in people who genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in delivering excellent service.

You may already have experience in customer service, complaints handling, retail, hospitality, contact centres, administration or another customer-facing role.

You'll also have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A friendly, professional and empathetic approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• The confidence to handle challenging conversations and find practical solutions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
