Job summary

Mamas & Papas is seeking a Customer Care Advisor at our Huddersfield Head Office to handle inbound calls and emails with a focus on delivering exceptional service. You will join a friendly team in a training program covering product knowledge and systems to support customers effectively.

The role offers 37.5 hours across five days, with a 3-month temporary contract. Candidates from call centre or customer service backgrounds who put customers first are encouraged to apply.

The Role of CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR

As a result of continued growth, we're continually looking for additional CUSTOMER CARE ADVISOR (s) to join Mamas & Papas. We will provide you with a full training program in call and email handling, systems & product knowledge, so that you can comfortably handle a variety of calls & queries that come through by phone or email.

Furthermore, we will provide you as a CUSTOMER CARE ADVISO R with a fun and creative environment to work in that will put a smile on your face for sure. Full of similarly minded, caring people, who want to help our customers the best they can.

Role available

• Temporary (37.5 hours) across 5 full days (3 month contract)

Working hours

The working hours of a Customer Care Advisor being across Monday to Friday from 09:15 through to 17:30 with working 1 in 3 Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00 where you get a day off in the week when you do a Saturday of either Tues-Fri.
