Job summary

Mamas & Papas is recruiting an HR Advisor / ER Advisor for our Huddersfield head office. The role combines strong Employee Relations with HR projects, including root cause analysis, strategy development, and driving centres of excellence across the team.

You will work in a fast-paced HR function, with hybrid duties (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and a focus on supporting colleagues, HR operations, and governance to improve people outcomes.

• HR/ER Advisor with end-to-end Employee Relations focus (c50% of role).
• Proactive approach to HR projects, root cause analysis, strategies and development of centres of excellence.

The role of HR ADVISOR
Life sometimes presents the unexpected, so as an HR / ER Advisor this role will not only have a strong end-to-end Employee Relations focus (c50% of role), but a proactive approach to HR projects, root cause analysis, strategies and in developing centres of excellence through people.

We’re a close knit, fast paced, HR ("People & Experience") Team who work extremely hard, where we have a lot of fun and laughter along the way.

NOTE: This role is based at our HUDDERSFIELD, West Yorkshire Head office (HD5 0RH) x3* days a week, x2 from home as part of our hybrid working system. (*Min. subject to needs of the business)
