Job summary

Mamas & Papas is seeking a Retail Operations & Communications Assistant based at Head Office in Huddersfield. You will support store communications, manage the retail operations inbox, help compile reports, and assist with visual merchandising to ensure timely information reaches stores.

You should have store or retail support experience, with strong written and verbal skills, an eye for marketing, and a detail-oriented approach to get things done through collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Retail Communications – developing and writing retail communications gathering accurate information from all business functions and ensuring stores are equipped with all relevant information for trade.
• Management of Retail operations - management of store support inbox fielding store queries and requests and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Commercial reporting – compiling key commercial reports for the retail team.
• Visual merchandising – ensuring visual merchandising documents are clear, accurate and presented to stores in time.
• Being the link between the UK store estate and the head office functions acting as the voice of retail and continuously looking for opportunities with departments for change.

THE ROLE of RETAIL OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT

One of the many key roles that allows these magical moments to happen is that of our RETAIL OPERATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT.Based at Head Office, this role encompasses a number of significnat retail admintrative support areas including:

• Retail Communications – developing and writing retail communications gathering accurate information from all business functions and ensuring stores are equipped with all relevant information for trade.
• Management of Retail operations - management of store support inbox fielding store queries and requests and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Commercial reporting – compiling key commercial reports for the retail team
• Visual merchandising – ensuring visual merchandising documents are clear, accurate and presented to stores in time
• Being the link between the UK store estate and the head office functions acting as the voice of retail act as the main feedback vehicle continuously looking for opportunities with departments for change

If you come from a Store, or retail support background, with an eye for marketing and attention to detail. Possess strong written and verbal skills, in a way that makes things happen in a collaborative way, then we would love to hear from you.
