Job summary

Mamas & Papas in Leeds is seeking two Sales Assistant/Consultant team members for 8 hours per week, covering Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.

Join our friendly Leeds store team to help customers with product advice, demonstrations and exceptional service as part of our ongoing commitment to family-focused experiences. This role is ideal for those with retail or customer service backgrounds who love making shopping magical for families.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused retail environments.
• Ability to convey product knowledge effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and smile to delight customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with queries and product recommendations.
• Deliver great service during in-store events and busy periods.
