Job summary

Lyreco, based in Telford, is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our team in an office-based, full-time permanent capacity. You will deliver exceptional customer service and play a key role in maintaining accurate customer records while supporting sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, telephone skills, and be highly organised with strong attention to detail. SAP experience is desirable and a proactive team player will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate messages clearly.
• Strong telephone manner and customer rapport skills to deliver great care.

• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• SAP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Providing customers with the highest level of customer experience.
• Work to deadlines while maintaining quality customer service.
• Updating and maintaining customer records on an ongoing basis.
• Provide support to sales support to our field-based and inside sales teams.
• Promote products on call, in line with relevant promotional activity.

Location: Donnington- Telford

Salary: £26,227.50K per annum

Mon- Fri- 9am-5.30pm.

Full time- Permanent

Office Based Role.
