Job summary

Lyreco UK and Ireland is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor for an office-based role in Telford. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, updating customer records, and supporting sales teams. The role runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, full-time and permanent.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with the highest level of customer experience
• Be able to work to deadlines, whilst providing a quality customer service
• Updating and maintaining the customers records on an ongoing basis.
• Provide support to sales support to our field based and inside sales teams
• Promote products on call, in line with relevant promotional activity.
  

The Ideal Customer Service Advisor Will
