Job summary

Lyreco Switzerland AG in Donnington-Telford is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join our office-based team on a full-time permanent contract. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle records, support sales colleagues and promote products during calls.

The role requires a strong communicator, excellent telephone manner, ability to work in a team, be highly organized, computer literate; SAP experience is desirable.
