Marks & Spencer in Newport is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse, handling stock, deliveries and the essential behind-the-scenes work that keeps our shop floor full and ready for customers.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role. You’ll move with purpose, be digitally confident to track deliveries and stock, and work across the store to support colleagues and maintain availability.
