Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Inverness is recruiting a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock management, deliveries and store readiness. The role is physically demanding and requires energy, focus, and a proactive approach to keep products moving and shelves replenished.

You will work across the store to meet pace and demand, using digital tools to track stock, and collaborating with teams to ensure availability for customers.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Being a team player is essential. You’ll be a key cog in a big machine, working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store.

Flexibility is vital. From early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day, you’ll adapt quickly to keep things moving.
