Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc in Torquay is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our Bakery team. You’ll work at the sharp end of fresh produce, under pressure and with precision, delivering hot bread and five-star service to our customers.

You’ll be a hands-on, sleeves-up brand ambassador, capable of adapting across roles, balancing speed with safety, and helping to keep shelves full during peak hours.
