Job summary

Marks and Spencer are hiring a Customer Assistant for the Bakery section, working at the sharp end of fresh produce under pressure and with precision. You’ll deliver hot bread, maintain quality and provide five-star service.

You’ll be a hands-on, sleeves-up brand ambassador who brings energy and attention to detail to every shift, with early mornings and the ability to adapt across store roles and hours, including night premiums where applicable.
