Marks & Spencer Group is hiring a Customer Assistant for our Bakery section. You will work in a fast-paced environment, serving customers, handling fresh bread and pastries, and helping ensure freshness and availability on the shop floor.

You will be required to start early shifts, including mornings and some weekends, and maintain high standards of food safety. A supportive team and opportunities to develop retail skills are offered.

Formación

• In-store customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
• Comfort with handling fresh bakery products.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers in the Bakery section with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
• Restock shelves and manage product availability during shifts.
• Deliver warm, five-star service and assist with counter duties as needed.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Christmas only: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
