Marks & Spencer in Corby is hiring a Customer Assistant in the Bakery section, where you work at the sharp end of fresh produce, under pressure and with precision.

You’ll be a hands-on brand ambassador delivering hot bread, fast five-star service, and empathetic customer care. Expect early starts, teamwork, and a flexible rhythm across Week 1 and Week 2 patterns.

Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Christmas only: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
