Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc in Scotland (Dunblane) is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Bakery section. You will be hands-on, delivering hot bread and ensuring freshness, while providing fast, five-star service to our customers.

You’ll work early shifts in a busy store, stay focused under pressure, balance speed with safety, and collaborate with colleagues to keep shelves stocked and customer satisfaction high.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering friendly customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy bakery.
• Awareness of food hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities
