Lidl is hiring a Customer Assistant to join the team on flexible contracts of 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week. The role pays £13.30 per hour, rising to £14.80 after 3 years, with additional supplements based on days and hours worked. You’ll help customers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment.

The position requires the ability to sell alcohol to customers aged 18 or over. Lidl offers pension, holiday entitlement, and various employee discounts and progression opportunities.
