Lidl Northern Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to deliver excellent service and support on the shop floor. Earn £13.30 per hour with flexible contracts for 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week, including weekends and potential shift tailoring.

Starting pay is £13.30/hour with progression to £14.80/hour after three years, plus benefits such as holidays, pension and discounts.Applicants must be 18+ to sell alcohol, and training will be provided to ensure a welcoming customer journey.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential if you have the right attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Managing waste appropriately.
• Assisting in stock count processes.
