Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is hiring a Customer Assistant to help create a fantastic customer journey from the shop floor to the tills. You can choose 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week, with a typical 30‑hour contract paying about £490+ per week (including unsocial hours).

Weekend work is optional and shifts can be tailored to suit your availability. You must be 18+ to work in our store as alcohol sales are involved.

Qualificações

• Can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.

• Previous experience in customer facing role preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
