Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to join our stores across Northern Ireland. Earn £13.30 per hour with flexible contracts of 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week. A typical 30-hour contract pays £490+ per week, including unsocial hours. Weekend work is optional, and shifts can be tailored to fit your life.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensure stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Follow freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensure all waste is managed correctly.
• Assist in the stock count process.
