Lidl Northern Ireland GmbH is hiring a Customer Assistant to support our store operations in Belfast. You’ll interact with customers, help with till points, stock shelves, and maintain store standards.

Shifts are available on a 10, 20, 30, or 35 hour per week basis, with weekend options and a competitive hourly rate. 18+ due to alcohol sales; you’ll join a team focused on delivering a great customer journey while enjoying flexible patterns and development opportunities within Lidl’s progression

Qualificações

• A good team player.
• Preferably, previous experience in a customer facing role but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
