Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland is hiring Customer Assistants to deliver an excellent customer journey. Earn £13.30 per hour with flexible contracts of 10, 20, 30 or 35 hours per week, including options for weekend work. A 30-hour contract can yield £490+ per week including unsocial hours.

You will help on tills, stock, cleanliness, and customer queries, with opportunities to tailor shifts. Candidates must be at least 18 to work in our stores due to alcohol sales, and Lidl is an equal opportunities

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
