Job summary

Lidl Northern Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to help deliver a fantastic customer journey in-store. You will work on flexible contracts (10, 20, 30, or 35 hours per week) with a standard 30-hour contract earning £490+ per week, including unsocial hours.

18+ to sell alcohol; weekend work optional and shifts tailored to availability. Roles include serving customers, stocking, tills, and maintaining store standards across morning, middle, and late shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not essential with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
