South Western Railway (SWR) in the UK is seeking a Customer Ambassador to help customers travel smoothly, advise on the best tickets and routes, and greet travelers with a friendly, helpful approach.
You will work an average of 20.15 hours per week across a 6-week rotating roster at multiple stations. Full training is provided, with benefits including free travel for employees and their families, plus a pension scheme.

The Reward:
Training: £27,930 plus £1,141 regional allowance pro rata per annum.
Fully trained: £29,829 plus £1,141 regional allowance pro rata per annum.
Opportunities to work on rest days or to do overtime could increase your annual earnings. Some Customer Ambassadors earn up to £32,000 per annum plus regional allowance.

As a Customer Ambassador, you are essential to our customer's travel experience. Customers look to you for advice and information for buying the best ticket for their journey. You're knowledgeable and personable, which enables our customers to start their journey effortlessly and with a smile

You'll need to be:
Applicants who require a visa must have 6 months remaining at the time of their appointment. Training is full time and you must be able to commit to this.
Working pattern:
You will work an average of 20.15 hours per week across 3.5 days.
Typical shifts:
6-week roster covering rest days. at various stations.
Bookham shift times 0630 - 1220
Cobham - 0610 - 1429
Horsley - 0625 - 1444
London Rd Guildford - 0620 - 1514
Effingham Junction - 0626 - 1320
Locations form part of a regular 6-week rotating roster and can be fully explained at interview stage.
