Job summary

Accenture Song seeks a Customer AI Engineer to design, build and deploy ML, generative AI and agentic solutions across the full delivery lifecycle. You will work with data scientists, engineers and client stakeholders to understand problems and create scalable, production‑ready AI products.

You will apply retrieval‑augmented generation, personalisation and decisioning capabilities, driving measurable business outcomes for clients while staying current with evolving AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Production generative AI experience with hands‑on deployments to production environments.
• Strong Python and software engineering skills for production-grade code and testing.
• Experience building prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to align AI solutions with customer growth, personalization, marketing or service goals.
• Solid machine learning foundations and understanding of when to use traditional models.
• Experience API/microservices development and deploying ML workloads on cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices: versioning, CI/CD, monitoring in production.
• Proven end‑to‑end delivery capability in client projects.
• Excellent communication to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered tools and services end to end.
• Develop generative AI solutions using prompting, RAG, fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Implement agentic workflows and multi-step reasoning pipelines with enterprise data sources.
• Train, evaluate and deploy ML models and monitor them in production.
• Break problems into testable components balancing speed, security and reliability.
• Run experiments to validate new approaches and apply learnings.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions with measurable value for clients.
• Document patterns and contribute reusable assets across the practice.
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects and client stakeholders.
