Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Customer AI Engineer in London/Manchester to design, build and deploy AI-driven customer solutions across the full delivery lifecycle. You will work on generative AI, agentic workflows and ML models, collaborating with data scientists, architects and client stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

You'll apply prompt engineering, RAG pipelines and productionising AI products, while staying current with AI advancements.

Qualifications

• Production generative AI experience with LLM tooling (Claude, GPT, Gemini).
• Advanced Python and clean, production-grade code writing.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and embeddings.
• Experience applying AI to customer growth and marketing challenges.
• Ability to design, train, evaluate and deploy ML models.
• API/microservices development and cloud deployment experience.
• Strong CI/CD, MLOps, versioning and monitoring practices.
• End-to-end delivery experience from problem to deployed solution.
• Fluent English communication for client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy AI-powered tools end to end through live service.
• Develop generative AI solutions using prompting, RAG, fine-tuning and evaluation.
• Implement agentic AI workflows with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Build, train, evaluate and deploy ML models; monitor in production.
• Break problems into components; balance speed with security and maintainability.
• Run experiments, iterate and apply learnings to solutions.
• Translate business problems into AI value and communicate with stakeholders.
• Document patterns and build reusable assets across the practice.
• Contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing within Song AI & Data.
