Accenture Song is seeking a Lead AI Solution Architect (Customer) in London/Manchester to own end-to-end delivery of data and AI solutions. You will define target architectures, provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, and drive live service and continuous improvement across AI-enabled customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering GenAI and LLM-based solutions into production environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale AI architectures and governance.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI, gen AI and analytics across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams from concept to production deployment and optimisation.
• Define the technical architecture and ensure security, resilience and alignment to business objectives.
