Job summary

Henderson Group in Northern Ireland is hiring a Customer Advisor for night shifts. The role offers 30 hours per week with 11:00pm–7:00am shifts, Monday to Sunday, and a pay rate up to £15.55 per hour, depending on age and benefits. A closing date applies and training is provided.

Based at Hightown Avenue Mallusk, Newtownabbey, you’ll contribute to the store’s daily operations, support the management team, and help deliver exceptional service to customers across the night shift.

• No previous retail experience required; we’ll provide you with all the right training.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and display stock at correct prices.
• Provide high levels of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office as required.
• Other duties as required for the role.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
