Job summary

B&Q Coventry is hiring a Night Stock Flow Customer Advisor on a part-time basis. This role covers shifts from 8pm to 1am, Monday through Sunday, with a 3-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll help ensure shelves are stocked and safe, and may pursue forklift training to support store operations. Ideal candidates are strong communicators who thrive in team environments, can stay organized under pressure, and adapt to a rota that includes weekends and bank holidays.

What's the job?

Efficiency and safety will be vital of course, especially if you gain your forklift license with us. You'll get to create too - exploring new solutions and making decisions that will help grow our business, together.

You also know how to work as a team - supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together. You're great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
