Job summary

B&Q Limited in Holywood Exchange, Northern Ireland, is hiring a Part-time Night Stock Flow Customer Advisor for 18.75 hours per week on a 3‑month fixed-term contract. Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 pm–midnight, with the potential to gain a forklift license and grow in stock control and customer service.

You will help keep shelves stocked and support efficient, safe night operations while working closely with teammates and adapting to new processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• Organised, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work in a team and on a rota including weekends/evenings/bank holidays.
• Willing to obtain forklift license after joining.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is stocked with customer essentials.
• Support stock flow and safety during night hours.
• Collaborate with team to make quick, well‑informed decisions.

What's the job?

Efficiency and safety will be vital of course, especially if you gain your forklift license with us. You’ll get to create too – exploring new solutions and making decisions that will help grow our business, together.

A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to work as a team – supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
