Job summary

B&Q Swindon is hiring a Night Stock Flow Customer Advisor on a permanent contract. The role is full-time (36.75 hours per week) with shifts 8.00pm–6.00am, Monday to Sunday, at Swindon. You will ensure nightly stock is put away and support store-to-home and Click & Collect services where needed.

Customer Advisor - Night Stock Flow

Full Time 36.75 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 8.00pm - 6.00am

UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour (Inclusive of an £0.25 per hour, store specific location allowance + additional £2 per hour between 10pm - 5am)

This role is a fast pasted, manual role, duties to include, enshuring nightly stock put away, suporting with out Store to home and Click and Collect services.

You'll make sure the store is stocked with the things our customers need, as well as products that will spark new possibilities. Efficiency and safety will be vital of course, especially if you gain your forklift license with us. You'll get to create too - exploring new solutions and making decisions that will help grow our business, together.

A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get, you'll feel right at home with us. You're an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to work as a team - supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together. You'll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You're great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
