A leading home improvement retailer located in Stretford is looking for a Stock Flow Customer Advisor. This part-time role requires ensuring the store is always stocked with products our customers need, collaborating effectively with the team, and maintaining efficiency and safety. Candidates should have strong communication skills and be flexible to work shifts that include evenings and weekends. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Stock Flow Customer Advisor – B&Q Trafford Park

Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00 pm – 6:00 am. UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour. Part time – 28.75 hours per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract.

You’ll make sure the store is stocked with the things our customers need, as well as products that will spark new possibilities. Efficiency and safety will be vital, especially if you gain your forklift license with us. You’ll get to create too – exploring new solutions and making decisions that will help grow our business, together.

A great communicator who can think clearly and make sound plans no matter how busy things get, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to work as a team – supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
