Job summary

B&Q Cribbs Causeway is seeking a Night Stock Flow Customer Advisor for permanent full-time, 36.75 hours weekly, 9pm–6am shifts. You’ll ensure the store is stocked for customers and maintain safety and efficiency across the team.

The role offers a £13.64 hourly rate, with an extra £2 per hour from 10pm–5am, and a rota including weekends. Forklift licensing may be encouraged as part of development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and clear thinking under pressure.
• Organised, analytical mindset and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store is stocked with customer needs and stock flow.
• Maintain efficiency and safety; forklift licensing may be required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service.

Efficiency and safety will be vital of course, especially if you gain your forklift license with us. You’ll get to create too – exploring new solutions and making decisions that will help grow our business, together.

You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to work as a team – supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
