Job summary

B&Q Limited in Bamber Bridge is looking for a Night Stock Flow Team Leader for a permanent full-time role (36.75 hours per week). Shifts are Wednesday to Saturday, 6:45pm–5:00am, with a salary of £26,945–£29,066 plus £2 per hour night premium.

Join us to ensure stock availability and efficient night operations. You will lead the night team, drive efficiency and safety, and work with colleagues to meet targets.

Qualifications

• We require strong communication skills and the ability to lead and direct teams.
• Must be organised and analytical with the ability to simplify complex tasks.
• Experience in coordinating and motivating teams on night shifts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Night Stock Flow team and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Plan and prioritise tasks to maintain stock flow and safety.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve targets and standards.

You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to develop and direct teams – making sure everyone understands what they need to do. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. And you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
