Job summary

B&Q Inverness is hiring a Part Time Night Stock Flow Customer Advisor to join our team. You’ll work 26 hours per week with shifts 4pm–11pm, on a permanent contract, helping stock and assist customers in a busy store.

We offer a UK notional hourly rate of £13.37, with an additional £2 per hour for night hours (10pm–5am). The role rewards teamwork, safety, and flexibility across weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Clear thinking and sound planning even when busy.
• Organised and analytical thinker, keeping things simple.
• Willing to learn new technology and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store is stocked with the items customers need and spark new possibilities.

Efficiency and safety will be vital of course, especially if you gain your forklift license with us. You’re an organised and analytical thinker, and you know how to keep things simple. You also know how to work as a team – supporting your fellow colleagues and working through what you need to do, together. You’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. You’re great at working in a team too, and flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
