Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor in Northern Ireland. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, operate checkouts and ensure stock is replenished and well displayed.

Part-time roles of 16–20 hours weekly, with varied shifts including weekends. Training provided, and you’ll join a values-led team focused on service excellence and community involvement.

• No prior retail experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and maintain stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to maximise sales and display with correct prices.
• Cover the Post Office when required.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Part-time positions available at 16 - 20 hours per week, working Monday - Friday 6:00pm – midnight & Saturday & Sunday 6:00am – midnight, with a degree of flexibility required.
