Job summary

Henderson Group, Ballymena, is recruiting for a Customer Advisor to support in-store operations and customer service. The role covers morning, afternoon and evening shifts across a 30-hour week, with full flexibility to meet store needs.

You will join a team focused on delivering quality service and helping customers with a positive, energetic approach in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.
• We value personality, passion, energy and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to cover shifts from 6:00am to 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation processes.
• Ensure stock is merchandised to enhance sales.
• Display all stock at correct prices using Shelf Edge Labels.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times in the store.
• May be required to cover the Post Office when needed.
• Perform any other duties as required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
