Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to work on-site in London, greeting customers, answering questions, assisting at the till, and helping with stock in the back shop. You will be supported by a friendly team and receive comprehensive training to deliver an excellent shopping experience.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.02–£15.10 across selected London locations, with pay increases after six months in role. Training is provided and career development opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease; listen, answer questions and offer great advice on Boots products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes with customers.
• Help stores run smoothly with stock, tills and shop floor presentation.
• Work with team members to provide a great shopping experience and a clean, presentable store.
• Participate in award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
