Job summary

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our team in-store, onsite. You will greet customers, assist at tills, and promote Boots offers while delivering friendly, efficient service. Comprehensive training, supported by the Institute of Customer Service, helps you develop product knowledge and confidence.

Hourly pay ranges from £13.02 to £15.10 in selected London locations, with increases after 6 months. We encourage applications from all backgrounds and celebrate diversity.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease; listening to find out more and providing great product advice.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers.
• Help stores run smoothly with stock displays and shopping floor presence.
• Work with the team to deliver a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
