Job summary

Henderson Group operates EUROSPAR/Maxol Filling Station at Crumlin, Co. Antrim, BT29 4XL. This Customer Advisor role is a part‑time, permanent position.

It offers 8 hours per week with shifts 3pm to midnight, Monday to Sunday, and some flexibility. You will help run the store, assist customers, operate checkouts, replenish stock, and keep displays correctly priced with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• No previous retail experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs, advise on products and services.
• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and rotate stock per policy.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and ensure correct shelf labeling.
• Display stock with correct prices using shelf edge labels.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and assist as needed, including Post Office duties.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

Working Hours
