Job summary

Neal's Yard Remedies in Norwich is hiring a Temporary Customer Advisor for the festive period, 2 November to 30 December 2026. You’ll help customers with expert skincare advice, build lasting relationships and drive great service in a busy environment.

We’re looking for friendly, approachable people with a passion for beauty and wellness, who can adapt to changing priorities, work flexible hours including weekends, and share knowledge about our natural products and therapies.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience desirable
• Confident communication and relationship-building
• Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness and natural therapies is desirable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and skincare advice
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers
• Support sales opportunities and contribute to a high-touch service
• Work as part of a friendly team during the festive period

Are you passionate about beauty, wellness and a natural at building rapport with customers. You will become an integral part of our team on the build up to Christmas 2026.

As our Temporary Customer Advisor, you\'ll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers at this special time of year. This is a great time to work with our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.

You\'ll be supporting them in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationships with a customer inspired approach.

You will learn from our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You\'ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products.

This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your ability to tell stories and bring our beautiful products to life.

These contracts will run from 2nd November to 30th December 2026
