Job summary

Confidential in Bradford is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join a fast-growing local business. The role offers £24,735 basic with an uncapped bonus, and a hybrid working pattern after probation, with 2 days per week from home.

You will handle inbound calls and warm leads for insurance renewals, use consultative selling to match needs, and deliver a first-class customer experience, while enjoying great training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, contact centre, sales, or a similar environment, or a recent graduate eager to kick-start their career.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A friendly, empathetic, and professional approach, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound calls and warm leads from customers who've requested a call via the website (dealing with the renewal process for an insurance policy)
• Taking a consultative approach to understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution
• Handling queries professionally and efficiently, ensuring every interaction is a positive one

• - Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5:30pm Fri 10am-4pm
• - Contract: Full-time, permanent
• - Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + option to buy/sell 5 days + additional leave for international holidays
• - Hybrid working - following completion of probation period
