A leading UK retailer is seeking a Customer Advisor to ensure excellent shopping experiences in stores. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, managing transactions, and keeping the stock area organized. Candidates should possess a friendly demeanor and be comfortable working in a team. Flexible part-time hours available, with commitment to inclusivity and diversity.
Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter. Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds. Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries. Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products. Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
