Job summary

Pertemps Wolverhampton and Walsall in Bilston is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy branch. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, greet visitors and provide accurate information to customers, ensuring a warm, professional experience from first contact.

The role offers full-time hours Monday to Friday, with training provided and a friendly team environment. Previous service experience is welcome, and you’ll help resolve queries while building relationships with customers.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team based in the Bilston area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service and being part of a fast-paced branch environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping to ensure they receive a warm, professional and friendly experience from the moment they make contact.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Speaking with customers to understand their requirements and providing helpful, accurate information.

• Assisting customers who come into the branch to make purchases.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Previous experience in a customer service, call handling, retail or branch-based environment would be advantageous.

Experience within the automotive or motor trade industry would be ideal, although this is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.

Most importantly, you will need to be approachable, reliable and comfortable speaking with customers both over the telephone and face-to-face. You should also be able to work well as part of a team while managing your own workload.
