Job summary

Pertemps Wolverhampton Temps is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a busy Bilston branch. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, offering a customer-focused environment and the chance to provide excellent service to customers both on the phone and in person.

You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm, professional experience and assisting customers with enquiries and purchases while supporting the team in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call handling is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Able to work in a busy branch environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide helpful information.
• Deliver friendly face-to-face service to branch visitors.
• Assist customers in-store with purchases and queries.
• Resolve issues where possible and build positive relationships with customers.
• Support the wider branch team with general duties and administration.
