A leading UK staffing agency is seeking experienced Customer Advisors in Knapton to support healthcare professionals and patients. The role involves communication with surgeries and managing patient information. Ideal candidates will have meticulous attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills. This position offers an immediate start and a standard working week from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

As part of the Contact Centre Team, the Personal Customer Advisor is responsible for speaking to nurse professionals, GP surgeries and patients that require appliances or medication.
