Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is looking for a Customer Adviser to join our front-line team. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, listen to their financial needs, and guide them through everyday banking tasks with a friendly, professional approach.

In this 35-hour-per-week role, you’ll work Monday to Friday with Saturday rota days, backed by a comprehensive training programme and clear opportunities to grow within the Society, while enjoying a wide range of benefits.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up tills for the day
• Process customer transactions at the counter
• Assist in opening savings accounts and closing at the end of the day
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving on the shop floor
