Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser to join our front-line team. You will help customers face-to-face with their financial needs, handle till operations, open accounts, and support daily branch duties with a friendly, people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up tills at start of day.
• Process customer transactions at the counter.
• Assist in opening savings accounts for customers.
• Cashing up and daily site close duties.
• Participate in Saturday rota shifts when required.
