Responsibilities

• Account managing a variety of customers by phone, email and post.
• Provide consultative product information and pricing to customers.
• Follow up on warm leads and forward sales quotations as needed.
• Coordinate with Territory Manager for high-potential opportunities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and events when required.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date and provide feedback on opportunities.
