The Opportunity:

As a CAM, you'll be the beating heart of our client relationships, building lasting partnerships that drive customer satisfaction and ensure our schools unlock the full potential of iSAMS. You'll be their primary contact, proactively identifying opportunities and managing the sales process to achieve upsell and cross-sell targets. Your mission: to champion their success and grow our business!

What You'll Do:

  • Forge Trusted Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned client schools, ensuring their retention and continuous success with iSAMS.
  • Drive Growth: Identify and manage the full sales cycle for new opportunities, showcasing our comprehensive product portfolio and achieving sales targets.
  • Be a Product Expert: Conduct engaging online and on-site meetings to demonstrate the value of iSAMS, driving adoption and maximizing utilisation within schools.
  • Advocate for Customers: Act as the voice of the customer, liaising with internal teams to ensure feedback is heard and we continually enhance the iSAMS experience.
  • Strategic Navigator: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor developments to inform commercial decisions and advise schools on their iSAMS journey.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain impeccable data quality in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy for all opportunities and next actions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven Sales & Relationship Success: A strong track record in IT/SaaS sales account management or customer relationship management, with demonstrated customer retention and sales growth.
  • Commercial Sharpness: Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to confidently close deals and deliver value.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and deliver impactful presentations at all levels.
  • Tech Enthusiast: Confident in using IT for business purposes and passionate about technology's role in education.
  • Self-Motivated Team Player: Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, with a fresh perspective on user adoption and sales growth.
  • Flexibility to Travel: A valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits, team meetings, and events.
